Furthermore, he advises on various digital economy topics, including intermediary liability, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence legislation. Kirill's legal expertise also extends to competition law, EU internal market law, and EU citizenship law.
Kirill is a PhD candidate in competition law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he researches the anticompetitive effects of blockchain forks. He is also an editor of the Stanford Computational Antitrust Journal at CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.
