Laure Mersch, counsel, is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds.
As a member of the Investment Management Practice Group, Laure specialises in the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds, with a special focus on private equity, infrastructure and renewable energy. During seven years of experience, she has also gained exposure to general corporate law and undertakes a wide range of corporate and transactional work relating to investment funds.
Laure has acted as legal counsel to the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and has been seconded for several months to the legal and operational real estate and private equity department of a prominent Luxembourg custodian bank.
