This includes advice on international (re)structurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and (re)financing. Laurens also frequently advises U.S. parties that want to expand their business operations to Europe.

Laurens particularly focuses on EU and OECD tax developments and the impact thereof on U.S. multinationals (e.g., Pillar 2). He publishes and speaks frequently about the impact of these developments and is a member of the U.S. Region Team of Loyens & Loeff.
