Marco de Vries, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group in our Amsterdam office. He focuses on EU law, competition law and corporate investigations.
Marco specialises in EU law (regulated markets), competition law (merger control, antitrust and state aid) and corporate investigations. He advises on a variety of areas, such as the cartel prohibition, the prohibition on abuse of dominance, the prohibition on state aid and merger control.
Previously, Marco was part of the Corporate M&A practice group, where he gained experience in private equity transactions, management buyouts, (inter)national acquisitions and joint ventures.
Marco is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
