In the field of commercial contracting, Marinus is an expert in all matters relating to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives, intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT) and consumer law.
Marinus has extensive experience in matters relating to distribution, franchise and agency agreements.
Prior to working on the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Marinus has worked in our Competition & Regulatory practice where he advised on competition law (cartel prohibition, merger control, abuse of dominance and state aid law), foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and telecommunications law.
