Marloes is a tax adviser with expertise in Dutch, European, and international tax law. In this field she advises multinational enterprises on various aspects of cross-border corporate tax and withholding tax matters, encompassing day-to-day operations, new investments or restructurings. In her role as a member of the Region Team France, Marloes focuses on French clients and clients investing in the region. She also worked at the Loyens & Loeff’s Paris office in 2017.
Furthermore, Marloes specializes in the Dutch innovation box regime and maintains a genuine interest for all matters pertaining to European tax law.
