Melanie focuses on cross-border M&A and capital market transactions, joint ventures, technology transactions and commercial agreements. Her clients include multinational enterprises and international private equity funds particularly active in the technology, food and beverage, healthcare & life sciences and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Melanie worked at a Regional Court in the Canton of Bern and at a Big Four company in Zurich.
