Nanne Kusters, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group in our Amsterdam office. He primarily focuses on environmental law, product regulation and general (procedural) administrative law.
Nanne specializes in Dutch administrative law, with a focus on areas of environmental law, product regulation and the energy transition, and is part of our Energy and Regulatory and Criminal Enforcement teams. He advises and litigates on a broad range of environmental, energy transition, and product regulatory matters, often on the cutting edge between Dutch and European law. In addition, he is a guest lecturer on Administrative Law teaching at Leiden University and at the Law Firm School.
