With a vast understanding of Korean and Japanese culture and native speaking skills, she is of great value in aligning clients’ needs with the services to be rendered by Loyens & Loeff’s tax advisers, attorneys and notaries by acting as first point of contact for Korean and Japanese clients. In a previous job, she set up a Korean desk within another Dutch law firm and successfully supported in a broad range of legal and tax matters that were handled for Korean clients, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracting, employment law, IP law, transfer pricing, tax compliance, GDPR and litigations.
