In a previous job, she set up a Korean desk within another Dutch law firm and successfully supported in a broad range of legal and tax matters that were handled for Korean clients, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracting, employment law, IP law, transfer pricing, tax compliance, GDPR and litigations.
