Nick Kitsz, tax adviser, is part of the Multinationals tax practice of Loyens & Loeff.
He advises Dutch and foreign (listed) multinationals, as well as large privately owned companies, on corporate income tax and tax structuring. In the case of privately owned companies, he is also involved in advising the shareholders.
Nick is a member of the Fintech/Crypto Team and the knowledge group sound business practise (goed koopmansgebruik). He advises clients on tax aspects of transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, group financing and day-to-day operations.
Nick is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
