Nikola specializes in Dutch and international tax law, with a strong focus on Dutch corporate income tax and dividend withholding tax matters in a cross-border context. He advises both Dutch and foreign multinationals on a wide variety of topics, including the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Nikola is a contributor to the international tax law section of "de Vakstudie", an encyclopedic work on Dutch tax legislation, and also the chairman of the board of the Young Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (JOB).

Nikola is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Dutch Association for Tax Research (Vereniging voor Belastingwetenschap).
