Omar El Hammani is a member of our Corporate and M&A Practice Group and is currently seconded to our New York office.
Omar joined the Corporate Practice Group in 2022, where he advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and private equity transactions. His experience includes working with multinational corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors on cross-border transactions and complex corporate matters.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Omar practiced in the corporate department of a top-tier Luxembourg law firm, where he was involved in high-profile M&A and restructuring deals. He also trained at international law firms in Paris, Monaco, and Casablanca, gaining broad international exposure to corporate and transactional law.
