Sarah specialises in banking and financing work, including advising both lenders and borrowers on national and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance, real estate finance and corporate finance. She advises investment funds and financial institutions in relation to capital call financings, GP financings, leverage financings and real estate financings.
