Sieneke de Bakker, attorney at law, is a member of the Dispute Resolution expertise group in our Amsterdam office. She focusses on insolvency law, including financial and corporate restructuring matters and litigation.
Sieneke advises and represents Dutch and international clients in high profile restructurings (including WHOAs) and insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining the Restructuring and Insolvency team, Sieneke advised in corporate law, focussing on (national and international) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions.
