Siobhán joined the Corporate Practice Group in February 2011. She advises on matters of Luxembourg corporate law in the context of cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining our firm, Siobhán trained and worked at one of Ireland’s leading law firms. Having started her training in June 2005, she was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Ireland in 2008. She qualified as a tax consultant with the Irish Taxation Institute in 2010.
