Steffie specializes in Dutch and international corporate tax law. She predominantly advises US multinational clients and clients across the energy, shipping and life sciences sector. Steffie advises domestic and cross-border restructuring and refinancing, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. She specializes in Digital Economy Taxation with a focus on the Pillar Two rules. Furthermore, she specializes in shipping related tax incentives such as the Dutch tonnage tax regime.
