Thomas Moolhuijsen, tax adviser, is a member of the Investment Management practice group at our Amsterdam office. He focuses on various national and international tax aspects of private equity and venture capital. Thomas is a member of the withholding tax knowledge group and the FATCA / CRS team. Thomas is currently based in our London office.

Thomas specialises in advising fund managers active in the fields of private equity, venture capital and infrastructure, regarding the national and international tax aspects of structuring investment funds (incl. carried interest) and M&A transactions.
He further has a special interest in withholding taxes, US tax law and FATCA / CRS.
Thomas has followed various (post-master) courses at the International Tax Center in Leiden, such as US Corporate Taxation and US International Taxation.
