Tom specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution and in the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. He has developed specific expertise in insolvency and restructuring litigations.
In addition to his practice as a lawyer, Tom is also completing a PhD at the Institute of Trade and Insolvency Law at the KU Leuven. He is further active as a voluntary scientific collaborator at the same Institute.
