Veronique Sway specialises in providing Luxembourg tax advice on a wide variety of international transactions, including structuring of joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, structuring of investment funds and other transactions with a cross-border element. She has worked in the New York office since 1990. She provides corporate and transactional tax advice to a wide variety of investment fund sponsors, private equity and hedge funds and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies. She also has broad experience in the Luxembourg tax aspects of Latin American investments and international structuring for Mexican investors. Veronique is a member of our Latin America Region Team and visits the region on a frequent basis. Veronique has been recognized for her work by Who’s Who Legal (Corporate tax) for several years. Veronique is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation (ABA).
