Vicky specialises in domestic and international tax matters, particularly in cross-border transactions, acquisitions, and reorganisations. He advises a diverse range of clients, including Belgian and multinational enterprises.

He is also a Professor at the École Pratique des Hautes Études Commerciales (EPHEC), where he teaches courses on Corporate Income Tax and Value Added Tax. Additionally, he serves as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and is a member of the Research Centre for Business Law and Society (CRIDES).
