Victor joined the Corporate Practice Group in October 2023. He advises clients on corporate law with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions. Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Victor spent two years in the corporate department of a leading business law firm in Luxembourg, prior to which he had also gained relevant experience working as a wealth planner in Luxembourg for two years.
